OMG, did they help me!

The day before I met David, a man in a Porsche knocked on my door and offered me far less than my house was worth. When I didn't accept his offer, he told me, "It doesn't matter. I'll just buy it at the auction." Then he peeled out of my driveway.

I was devastated.

The very next day, David knocked on my door. But this time, everything was different.

David treated me with dignity and respect. He listened to my situation, gave me time, and helped me find another home.

After losing my wife and having my son move out, I was facing a difficult new chapter in my life. I knew I needed a certain amount of money in my pocket to make that next chapter work.

David and Kenny understood that. They didn't pressure me. They worked with my bank, communicated with the attorney, and helped make sure I got the money I needed.

What could have been one of the most stressful experiences of my life became something I could actually move forward from.

David and Kenny didn't just help me with my house. They treated me like a human being, gave me back my dignity, and helped me start the next chapter of my life.

I had been living in the United States for 20 years when my life suddenly became very difficult. I had recently gone through a divorce, which made it hard to keep up with my mortgage payments. Around the same time, my father passed away back home in Japan.

I started receiving notices in the mail about my mortgage, and although my house wasn't going to auction just yet, I knew I was running out of time. I was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do.

That's when I met David.

He treated me with kindness, dignity, and respect. He understood my situation and, most importantly, listened to what I needed.

I had made the decision to return to Japan, and I had a specific date when I needed to leave. David moved quickly, made the process simple, and was able to give me the money I needed to make that move possible.

Everything happened in time for me to leave the country as planned.

David and Kenny didn't just help me sell my house. They helped me close one chapter of my life and return home to Japan to begin another.

I am truly grateful to both David and Kenny for their kindness and everything they did for me.

I thought foreclosure was my only way out.

They were also able to find another buyer without involving any real estate agents. The entire process happened so quickly that I could hardly believe it.

What I thought was going to be a financial disaster turned into an opportunity to walk away with money in my pocket and a fresh start.

David and Kenny found a solution when I didn't think there was one.

It was incredible. I'm truly grateful for what they did for me.

It was like meeting my guardian angel.

My boyfriend and I hadn't paid our mortgage in over a year. The house had belonged to my dad, and he left it to me when he passed away. I was overwhelmed, scared, and honestly didn't know what to do or where to turn.

I can't even describe the relief I felt. As soon as we signed the contract, it was like all the stress just left my body. For the first time in a long time, I could breathe again. I finally had a clear path forward.

David was able to give me enough money to move on and start the next chapter of my life with my boyfriend and our dogs.

He didn't just help me sell my dad's house. He gave me peace of mind, hope, and a fresh start.
