Text messaging program

Program name: The LYN Collective SMS.
What you get: replies to your inquiry, information about your property or situation, and occasional updates about our services.
How you opt in: by checking the consent box on our contact form, or by texting us first.
Frequency: up to 2 messages a month. A conversation you start may involve more replies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation text and nothing more.
Help: reply HELP to any message, email info@thelync.org or call 843-484-4824.
Not a condition: consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number: we do not share your mobile number or opt-in with third parties for their marketing. See the privacy policy.

Who we are and what we do

We are real estate investors. We buy property directly. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers acting for you, we are not attorneys, and we are not a lender, credit counselor or government program. Anything we tell you about foreclosure, probate, tax sales or code enforcement is general information from our own experience, not legal, tax or financial advice. Decisions about your property are yours, and you are free to get independent advice before making them.

Offers

An offer we make is not binding on either side until both sides sign a written purchase agreement. Until closing, you may withdraw. Numbers we discuss by phone or text are estimates until they are in writing.

Content on this site is ours or used with permission. You may read and share it; please do not copy it as your own.
